End-to-End Encryption

All data moving between your device and our servers — including UPI deposit calls, login tokens and game session data — travels over TLS 1.3. Stored records are encrypted using AES-256 so they are unreadable without the correct decryption key.

Account Security Controls

Two-step login verification is available for every gold365 account. When a new device or IP attempts to sign in, we send a one-time code to your registered mobile number before granting access, reducing unauthorised entry risk significantly.

Data Retention Schedule

We retain transaction records — including Paytm and PhonePe references — for the period required under applicable financial regulations. Account profile data is deleted within 30 days of a verified closure request, except where a legal hold applies.

Third-Party Data Limits

Payment processors who handle UPI rails, Paytm gateway calls and PhonePe settlements receive only the minimum data needed to settle the transaction. They are contractually barred from using that data for their own marketing or profiling purposes.

How to Request Changes

Log into your account, go to Account Settings and select Privacy and Data. From there you can download a copy of your stored data, raise a correction request, or submit a deletion request. Our team reviews each submission individually — no automated rejections.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and a government-issued identity document for verification. Once your account is active, we also log deposit and withdrawal records, device identifiers and session timestamps to protect your wallet.

We share data only with payment processors such as UPI rails, Paytm and PhonePe gateways, identity verification partners, and fraud-detection services. Each partner is bound by a data-processing agreement. We do not sell or rent your information to advertisers or marketing companies.

Go to Account Settings, select Privacy and Data, then choose Download My Data. You will receive a structured file covering your profile fields, transaction history and session logs within 5 working days of making the request.

Yes. Submit a deletion request via Account Settings or by emailing our privacy team. We will remove your profile data within 30 days. Transaction records tied to regulatory retention requirements are kept for the legally mandated period before deletion.

Payment references are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted via TLS 1.3. We store only the transaction reference and amount — not your full bank account details or UPI PIN, which never pass through our servers at any point.
