HOW WE HANDLE POLICY

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security

Every aspect of how gold365 manages your account data and security is mapped to a specific policy.

Data collection scope

We collect the data needed to operate your account: name, email, phone number, payment identifiers for UPI or Paytm, and session logs. We do not sell this data to third parties or use it for unrelated profiling.

Cookie management

The site uses strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active and optional analytics cookies to improve page performance. You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies from the cookie settings panel at any time.

Account security

Accounts are protected with password hashing, two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number, and session timeout after inactivity. We flag unusual login attempts and notify you by SMS or email immediately.

Data retention

Transaction and account records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations. After that period, data is purged from live systems. You may request a summary of your retained data at any time through the Help Centre.

Data access and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. Submit these requests via the in-account data request form.

Dispute escalation

If a support resolution does not satisfy you, the formal dispute process is outlined in Section 8 of our Terms of Use. Written notices sent to our legal email address trigger the structured review process with a defined response timeline.

Frequently Asked Policy Questions

These questions cover the legal and account topics we hear most often. If your question is not here, the Help Centre in your account dashboard has the full policy library, and our live chat team can point you to the right document.

Access depends on local law in your specific state or territory. Where local law permits online gaming or wagering, you may create and use an account. We recommend checking the rules that apply in your location before registering.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and the payment identifiers linked to your chosen method — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Session and transaction logs are also recorded as part of normal account operation and fraud prevention.

Log in and go to Account Settings, then select 'Data Request'. Fill in the form and our team will compile your data summary within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically within 30 days of the request being acknowledged.

You may request deletion of personal data that we are not legally required to retain. Transaction records tied to financial regulations must be kept for a defined period. We will confirm which data can be deleted and complete the request promptly.

Open the cookie settings panel via the link in the site footer. Toggle off non-essential analytics cookies and save your preferences. The change takes effect immediately and we will not load those cookies on your next visit.

Contact our live chat or email support first with your transaction ID and the details of the issue. If the first-line team cannot resolve it, the case is escalated under our formal dispute process as described in the Terms of Use, with a written response issued within the stated timeline.

Yes. If we make a material change to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email to your registered address before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the account after that date indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
